Beginning with the 2023 Superduty, for has began rolling out encrypted canbus systems (Trusted Realtime Operating Network : TRON) into vehicles as it does model refreshes. This only affects CANFD vehicles (Q4 comma harness). Below is the confirmed list of Encrypted / Unencrypted vehicles realtive to OpenPilot compatibility.
Any vehicle with the new Phoenix Ford Entertainment system (Android Auto Operating System) will have TRON.
ANY VEHICLE WITH TRON WILL NOT WORK WITH Comma/OpenPilot/SunnyPilot/BluePilot
